Foods to Avoid

The blood type diet is a very simple lifestyle.  Each blood type has a list of foods that are beneficial to them, foods that they should avoid, and foods that are neutral.  It is important to first know what your blood type is before beginning this diet.  Below you will find just a few examples of foods that you should avoid. 



A Blood types should avoid foods such as:
  • beef
  • pork
  • potatoes
  • bananas
B Blood types should avoid:
  • chicken
  • shrimp
  • corn
  • coconut
AB blood types should avoid:
  • Bacon
  • Chicken 
  • Oranges 
  • Artichokes

O blood types should avoid:
  • Pork
  • Catfish
  • Cabbage
  • Blackberries
