Beneficial Foods

Those with an A blood type should try incorporating more of the following foods into the diet:
  • Fish
  • Soy Beans
  • Tofu
  • Pineapple
Those with a B blood type should try incorporating more of the following foods into the diet:
  • Kidney Beans
  • Olive Oil
  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Kiwi
Those with an AB blood type should try to incorporate more of the following foods into the diet:
  • Turkey
  • Tuna
  • Collard Greens
  • Cranberries
Those with an O Blood type should try to incorporate more of the following foods into the diet:
  • Beef
  • Venison
  • Broccoli
  • Plums
