A blood type should try incorporating more of the following foods into the diet:
- Fish
- Soy Beans
- Tofu
- Pineapple
Those with a B blood type should try incorporating more of the following foods into the diet:
- Kidney Beans
- Olive Oil
- Sweet Potatoes
- Kiwi
Those with an AB blood type should try to incorporate more of the following foods into the diet:
- Turkey
- Tuna
- Collard Greens
- Cranberries
Those with an O Blood type should try to incorporate more of the following foods into the diet:
- Beef
- Venison
- Broccoli
- Plums
