My Story

I am a mother of four children and I have been doing the blood type in moderation for about 3+ years now. My husband found out about it and bought a book. I was kind of skeptical at first but I began to try it out. I only made one small change at first, which was eating soy bars for breakfast. I dropped 5 pounds rather quickly just by making this one change. I began to do a little more research and before long I was convinced! Just by making a few simple changes in my diet, I have been able to lose my baby weight four times and keep it off with the exception of about ten more pounds from this last pregnancy. I feel great and energetic and I am so thankful that this diet is a part of my life.
